Fuel indicator
Fuel indicator
Hi.
Brand new to this forum, and to EXUP bikes also.
Got a 97 Thunderace, 15.000 mi on it, nice bike indeed. Straight to the point, it does not light the fuel reserve indicator, bulb's OK, since it turns on at engine start. Could it be the tank switch? Easy to replace?

Any comments welcome, thanks.

Marc.

Fuel Sender
Marc,
I would guess it's the fuel sender unit that's bad; or the connections between the bulb and the fule sender unit.
Don
