Wire Harness ?

Post by thewyatt »

Hear is my question.
What year's wire harness can fit a 1990 FZR600. I know 89-90 do. There is a 96 on line for cheap but dunno if it will fit, do any of you?

Have you tried looking at the Yamaha parts fiche to see if the numbers match up? Could try calling your local dealer as well. They should be able to tell you.
Nate - 87 FZR1000

Have you seen my fairing?

Wyatt....

I had looked at the fiche. Original was 3HH-82590-00-00 and the one of the newer was 3HH-82590-11-00.

I don't know what the difference is. Maybe ChuckD can tell from the part numbers. I've seen that on a lot of parts. Most of it's the same but one will have that -11 added to it.
Nate - 87 FZR1000

Have you seen my fairing?

I know at least the wireharness connectors for the CDI box is different between that of a 90 and 95.

Plus the EXUP servo is located in a different spot between that of a 90 and 95. 90 the servo is under driver side rear tail panel....95 is under tank. This means length of wireharness for that at least might be a tad interesting.
-John
95 FZR1000
90 FZR1000
Edited by: <A HREF=http://p072.ezboard.com/bexupbrotherhoo ... >jjs777 at: 1/30/05 3:25 pm
