some of the things in the pictures are "Alcatraz", SanFran Bridge, Niagra Falls

And "Old Ironsides"...the oldest still actively commisioned war ship in the US Armada

My then girlfriend and I lived in Marblehead where those pics were taken. My wife left work to see this event...when asked if I wanted to go I said what the crap...I used to see old ironsides all the time from my parents house in winthrop...so I opted to sleep as I worked 3rd shift

Had I KNOWN there would be two modern war ships with it AND F16 fly overs....I would have gone

frickn one of the regrettable mistakes I still have anxiety over lol....by all accounts it was a magnificent sight to see...something the pics dont portray....what with the canons being fired and the fly over

ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Do they do ride-a-longs?

Every Spring they come to Andrews Air Force Based just outside DC for a big show. I never braved the crowds, but my son went with a friend who's dad had VIP passes. He said it was spectacular.

Next show here is May 19-20 for those in the DC area.
