Time for a new poll on helmet choice....it has been some time since the last poll.

Please post any thoughts and/or comments on the lid you do own.

I just ordered a AGV lid and am hoping it is decent. If not I will sell it.

It was very tough choosing a helmet from the myriad of choices out there. I'm very picky with design/graphics and I ended up just winging it since I couldnt make up my mind. Suomy was the top choice (just to give them a try) but settled for agv.

I have a Fabrizio Suomy extreme. Cause it's Bling...
And Tamara sez there's enough yellow in it that it'll even go with the R1

Have always had Shoei. But might try the Arai next time for fit

Still using my HJC I picked up off of Newenough.com. It's ok. Noisy as hell and venting isn't great.

Real choice would be Shoei....if I can ever afford one

i currently have a kbc. for the price, the fit and finish is pretty darn good. venting could use some work, but it's ok.

the next lid will be an arai. my head shape keeps me out of quite a few popular brands like suomy and shark, but the arai astral series fits like a glove. i have also find the shoeis to fit well.

john, keep us posted on the agv, i haven't read much about the fit of their lids, but i like the titech a bunch.

My Arai Signet fits me best and has some nice features but I find it is very noisy.

The HJC is the quietest helmet I have, but doesn't fit my head that well.

The Shoei 800--fits well, nice features, and is reasonably quiet.

First, find one that fits well, then take the other factors in to consideration.
