Hi All,
recently I downloaded the BBC climate change experiment,
this I've been running since. If you go to,

There you'll find a far better explanation than I can give.
Once the experiment is downloaded and running, you can
visit the web pages, they are enormous. So much stuff,
it could sink any battleship I can think of. !!!!!!

I joined Team Scotland recently, what a help. This shared computing
is not as simple as it may appear, and being in a Team is
a real help. You can learn a lot more about how to use your
computer as well. Visit the Team pages / forum and have a
look around.

Finally, have a look at the Sungard adaptiv thread, the small
home computers need help, get the experiment, and join a team,
I hope you will join Team Scotland,

By the way, I am "Derek" on the Scotland and BBC sites.
yours Slip.

Hey Slip....

John and I have been doing this for quite some time now. Although we are looking for Aliens, I'm also running a climate set as well.

Hi All,
good to hear, this ere climate change is going to affect us all,
so why not let your computer help out, when it's got nowt else to
do.
Who said computers and the internet were for porn !!!!!!!

As an aside Dude I have got the knack of links on the BBC and Scottish sites,
ie,
[xURL=http://bbc.cpdn.org/forum_thread.php?id=3546][xCOLOR=blue][xB]Cafe CPDN Scotland Thread[x/B][x/COLOR][x/URL]
but this format does not seem to work in emails or here, (outside of
the BBC and Scottish sites).
What am I doing wrong.
Any help appreciated,
yours Slip.

In the address you posted, you'll need to take out the "x" before each tag that you use.

[xB]Bold[x/B]
would be bold

So your link looks like this..

Hi FZRDude,
thanks for that, I'd put the xs in deliberately so it could not work,
so you could check format, as that appears OK, I'll have another go,

Cafe CPDN Scotland Thread

so if that is OK, it was a tie ping error on previous attempts..

Here is another link to a thread with a similie that may help to
explain a bit more about anyone who wants to get involved,
and benefits to themselves, the teams and the whole project
as well.

Thanks again,
yours Slip.
