SpeedTV program change for Two Wheel Tuesday
SpeedTV program change for Two Wheel Tuesday
Speed sources confirmed this morning that their new motorcycle program Super Bikes will replace Speed's current motorcycle race/lifestyle/ program, Greg's Garage.
SPEED will premiere its new fast-paced motorcycle lifestyle show -- Super Bikes! -- on June 27 at 9 p.m. ET. Hosted by popular television personality Rossi Morreale, the 30-minute weekly program will mirror the high-energy, edgy lifestyle of today's young motorcycle enthusiasts.
Finally, something other than Harley's and customs ... superbikes.

I never did like Greg White. Seems like a "Squid", or a "Coffee Cafe Racer", or a "Poser", or a ..... well, I think you get my take on the matter.
But this is good news. Thanks Don, now Tuesday nights mean something other than trash nite.

Now I'm confused ...
Ok, now I'm confused ...

A recent press release from SPEED Channel announcing “Super Bikes,” a new lifestyle motorcycle show, has led to at least one website report that the show is replacing “Greg’s Garage,” on Tuesday nights, a report that Greg White, host of SPEED’s ‘2-Wheel Tuesday’ says is inaccurate and causing a lot of confusion among his family, friends and fans.
“There is a website that reported completely false information,” an agitated White told Roadracingworld.com Thursday at Road America. “The first false part is that ‘2-Wheel Tuesday’ is being replaced by another show. ‘2-Wheel Tuesday’ is just going away. Three and a half years and 174 episodes, that is a huge success in television.
“The second part of the false reporting was the report said the name of the show was ‘Greg’s Garage,’ when it was actually ‘2-Wheel Tuesday.’
“In my opinion, this is another knock on the creditability of this unnamed website by the man who reported the story.”
“‘2-Wheel Tuesday’s’ final show is June 20, and then it goes away. But ‘Greg’s Garage’ is not the show. I still work for SPEED. I’m still doing AMA Superbikes. There are other projects SPEED is talking to me about, all motorcycle stuff.”

Just finished watching the new show Superbikes
Two words : Biker Boyz
No wait, I have more : ghey! lame, moronic, insulting while only being mildly (remotely) interesting
This show reinforced my idea that there was mostly "fruits and nuts" in California. I found it to be insulting to sport riders across the country. I also don't think it was even descriptive of the young punk stunta crowd in general. If I wanted to know what the "scene" in San Fran was like I'd go there. The "Rats" reminded me of a sport bike version of the pagans. Aw hell, the whole show was just cheesey - I feel like I should sell my bike and buy a Harley.
Can we get Mr White back.....please? I was no fan, but at least his show would span a range of topics, at least some of which would be interesting to the biking population in general
